I came to a startling realization the other night. In the gaming world, it’s chicks that rule.

Let me give you an example.

My wife (Taytana) left War Ensemble in search for greener pastures a little over a week ago. She wanted to compete, and Compete she did. Without her around, the clan fell into a state of apathy. No one did anything.

A week later, she decides she’s going to come back to War Ensemble, and she brings some of her new-found friends along with her…

Each of these friends are girls.

Each of these girls have ‘groupies’ … otherwise known as guys who follow them around and bend to their every whim.

The clan has gained like 10 people in 1 day…. ph33r.

Now, onto SWG.

I’ve found that every woman that plays the game also has ‘groupies’. Behind every single player-city in the game, there is some woman running it. Is this a bad thing? no way. I’ve seen how these cities operate, and most of them are pretty slick.

The question is, why do guys flock around these girls? Do they think they have a remote chance of getting laid? What else drives a guy to hang about a girl in-game when they could be off killing things? I really don’t know, and I can’t explain it .. and until we find the cause for this debilitating disease, women will really rule the online-world.
