I grew up watching Mr. Rogers when I was a kid. Fox News just managed to insult my entire childhood, and told me that I’m a rotten person because he told us we were “Special”. Good Job Fox News. Just when I think you can’t get any worse, you do.

Fred Rogers was a great man. I don’t think that I’m “Special” and “entitled to everything” as you claim I should. I worked very hard to get where I am today (Sitting on my ass at home and running my own business), I wasn’t entitled to it, nor when I got bad grades did I blame the teachers.

You are evil, Fox News. The proof is as follows:

Why does Fox not make that accusation against religions that teach their children that they are ‘chosen’, ’special’ and entitled to all that they can take from the world.

I would first like to say that I have never written one of these before, but what the people at Fox news had to say seriously angered me.
I am 16 years old, and grew up watching Mr. Rogers. His tv show was great and I don’t know a single kid my age who didn’t watch it. The message that everyone is “special” is NOT a bad one. It boosts a child’s self-confidence. That’s all.
Those who believe that they are entilted to everything can only blame their parents. It was the PARENTS who gave their children everything and taught them that begging goes a lot further than hard work.

Fox news: Do not blame Mr. Rogers and my generation; blame your own generation. It is you who have taught these “crop of kids” that they can get whatever they want.
Not all of us are spoiled brats.
Get a life, Fox news, and please stop picking on such a wonderful man.
    Thank you.

Fox news has sunk to a new low by reporting Don Chance’s accusations.

This coupled with the many times that Fox News has endorsed the fact that global warming does not exist makes Fox news the stupidest news channel ever……

Fox News didn’t make the accusation that Mr. Rogers was evil at all- A professor of Louisiana State University named Don Chance did, and the story was picked up by the WSJ here:

Fox News morning host were making light of Chance’s implications that Rogers was evil.

For many people, you mention the number one cable news channel, and they go ballistic with Bush derangement syndrome.
